if u observe properly people who r very happy or not at all happy wid life do drugs...
n wat makes them do so is the feeling of trance ..n illusions..n halucinations...
all this take over human brain n r unstopable...
makin the human addicted 2 it...

boredom, trying to fill an emptiness inside them, trying to be cool, looking to feel good or distance themselves from life. usually the reasons to start doing drugs. they continue to do drugs for those reasons and because the chemicals take ahold of their body chemistry and they can't escape the need and they constantly chase that first high that they'll never feel again.

I was told drugs make you feel good. They don't, but they make you feel nothing if you are hurting.
