I live just out side of Atl, and want to plan a "girls weekend" in the city, the plan is to stay in a nice Hotel that is really close to the hippest clubs and bars. We are planning to stay from Fri. to Sat. I need names and dirrections to a few hotles and clubs, that would be fun to go to on Fri. and Sat. night.

How much money do you want to spend?
I would stay in buckhead if you going to go all out there are tons of clubs on Peachtree street plus an Ihop for when you need to grub. The W hotel and the few others are also in walkiing distance of Fado Fado( IRISH PUB) 3 DOLLAR CAFE, THE BAR, Lulu's and all those name brand clubs right in the area of Buckhead Avenue and Peachtree St .

I live north of ATL. and I think that you can go to www.kudzu.com and it will give you things to do in ATL. and where to stay. Also try the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce or the Georgia Visitors Association. They will have advertisements from different hotels, bars, restaurants, and other places in the area for you to check out. If you take a little time and go to different hotel chains, you will be able to check out the rates and availability for the date you are wanting to come into town and it also might list what is around.
