I fell off a swing backwards when i was 12 and when i hit i broke and dislocated my elbow....the ER doctors had to jerk my arm back into place to set it,i don't think i ever screamed so loud in my life!!

Being beat with a pole by a kid when i was little and having my ear rings ripped out and what not.. remember i was little..
so i didnt fight back.
