Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Get yourself a glycemic index (online is fine) and eat the foods that are low glycemic carbs. This will allow you enough food to fill you up, but it is food that will not put the weight on.

For basic information on low blood sugar - what may have caused you to put the weight on in the first place, check out www.hufa.org.

However, you are not fat. My 5'6" sister wishes she was back down to 125 pounds. She is at 130 pounds. You should not plan to lose more than 5-7 pounds, and exercise may help you do that faster than eating.

Hah, you're husband's a d*ckhead.

The low carb diet is a joke. Your body uses carbs for energy so you pretty much have to have them. The reason it works is that it keeps you from eating unhealthy food too much (fried chicken, honey biscuits, etc.) and eating foods high in protein. Just eat healthier and it'll work better, plus you won't put the weight right back on when you quit. As an example - have a turkey sandwich on (preferably) wheat bread with an apple for lunch. That's a perfect meal for a diet.

You need to eat carbs, just make sure it's the right kind - whole wheat.

Yes the low carb diet works short term but once you start eating them again it will come back on really quickly unless you add them back into your diet slowly. Your husband sounds like a jerk if he won't take you on vacation until you lose weight. Your height and weight range is perfect.

Your husband is not a nice person if he said that.

It is very unlikely that you will lose 10 pounds in 2-3 weeks on any diet. A few obese people do, but you are already thin.
