Don't you just love it when you eat one of your favorite foods and you just relish every single bite. How many of you love cheesecake? I mean really, really good cheesecake? Isn't it awesome to just savor that awesome cheese flavor with the slightly crunchy crust? Or, who besides me could eat green chile chicken enchiladas everyday of the week? What an awesome gift God gave us letting us have the sense of taste! Or what about color? What is your favorite color? Mine is red, but I also love blue and purple. Imagine if all we could see was black and white. Think of all the joy we get in watching a sunset, or looking at a pretty painting. When was the last time you stopped and smelled a flower blossom? How about when a whole orchard of citrus trees are blossoming? The whole area is filled with such an intoxicating, lovely smell! Our Creator must really love us, and really want us to enjoy this awesome gift of life to give us so many wonderful things! "Praise Jah you people"

Yes, these thoughts make me want to enjoy life forever, right here on earth.

Thankfully, that is exactly the hope that the bible extends to mankind! The vast majority (literally more than 99.9%) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]

Interestingly, the Scriptures are full of references to this earthly hope.
(Psalms 37:11) 'the meek will possess the earth'
(Proverbs 2:21) 'upright will reside in the earth'
(Isaiah 45:18) 'God formed the earth to be inhabited'
(Matthew 5:5) 'the mild will inherit the earth'
(Revelation 21:3) The tent of God is with mankind

I loved what you said and yes I do take time to smell the flowers. I take time to notice the sunset. I take long drives and just look at the scenery. I love life. Thanks but I give GOD the glory.

We really don't take enough time to enjoy the food our Creator provides for us. Psalm 103 - "...Who gives us good things to eat..."
Colors, too. Bless the Lord for He is good.
