When you say 11, there had to be some small ones, like makeup or light hanging bags.
I would disregard those and tip for all the large or heavy ones.
Probably $2 each for those.
Americans are notorious for over tipping.
I have spoken to many restaurant and shop owners in foreign countries and they get very upset with Americans for over tipping. They complain that the help becomes very spoiled and those from other countries are expected to do the same, but they don't.

About $20+, depending how much you can afford & if the guy at least does his job. TIPS means , [To Insure Prompt Service,] many people in the service industry,e.g. waiters waitresses, etc. make minimum wage, which thanks to Ronald Reagan ALL goes to Taxes , (Yes, that means $0 paycheck!)because you have to declare how much you make in tips. Service industry employees have been declaring their tips since the Reagan administration because if you get audited, ( & many people have, including me, but I pay all my taxes) you end up paying late fees & interest, which is exorbitant! Everyone should work as a waiter or waitress, bartender, valet or bellman for at least 2 weeks out of their life. Many people cannot do it, because you have about 5-10 tables w/ 10-50 people that U have to serve, in perfect timing, water, drinks, dessert, main course, appetizers, & coffee,+ present an accurate check or else it comes out of your pocket! If you make just 1 honest mistake it can cost U to go to work that day. Remember they all get paid minimum wage,$5.15/hr..How much do you make?$30-$50/hr? Sorry , I'll get down off my soap box now.

If they were great big suitcases and trunks, at least twenty bucks. If they were normal size luggage, ten bucks should cover it. Rule of thumb is a buck or two per bag.

10 if you are cheap, 15 and you wont look bad, 20 is the best, no more than 25.
