they will only be together for a week! i have company coming to visit! i have only had her for a month so i am unsure!

you cant judge by breed. each dog has a different personality. there is no way to tell beforehand. you can just hope it works out alright.

That is going to depend very much on the temperment and socialization of the two dogs. If they both have been socialized with other dogs before, it will probably be fine. If not, It's only one week. Keep them in seperate rooms and give them each equal play time.

whether two dogs get along is up to the individual dogs and not the breed or sex or age of the dog. Generally puppies do fine with other dogs, but some older takes take more adjusting to another dog.

They both are nice breed, try to let them see each other before getting it, mostly if you have a high energy dog and he is a dominate kind, you should get one that has lower energy and more submissive type.

They should if introduced correctly...(has she been in heat yet, or is either fixed?)

Take on a long walk together (45 mins. or so) when they get tired, stop and let them smell each other....if they try to fight after a long walk, then I'd say no, and would keep them apart.
