Psychics don't have supernatural powers. All psychics use the same techniques. A few of these are Cold/Hot reading in which they start with general questions and follow the hits until they come to a satisfactory conclusion. Or they know something about you ahead of time from either observation of your belongings or information that is volunteered by you ahead of time. There is one-ahead where information is read or somehow procured in advance and used in a string of information that is drawn one after the other in advance.
Those are just the most common. There are lots of mentalism tricks... they are all illusions, none of it is real. The only thing real about psychics is their bill.
