Show her that you can be responsible like cleaning the house and doing all your homework on time stuff like that.

Start doing a lot of the housework yourself. If your room is not spotless already, make it so, and keep it that way. After a month or two, point out to your mum how responsible you've become, and ask her to reconsider her decision about a pet.
