I dont like giving my fiance blow-jobs/felatio/head beacause i think it's very unbecoming. I think it is a degradable act for a woman and i refuse to do it. Does this mean i am stuck up because i feel as though i am above giving oral sex? Does any other ladies feel the same way i do?

while i love to play and goof around, i also hold very high standards for myself. This is the way that i was raised. Some women that i know have oral sex with "men" casually and look at me like i am the sick one and should hop on the pogo stick. I just can't see myself putting my mouth around a penis. That's all.

sexualangel, If he told you to suck his, his brother's, the pool man's and your own sister's balls for the purpose of pleasure i guess you would do that to right? it's pretty obvious of the certian values and standards we have for ourselves.ha! Thanks for the comment though. 2 pts for you.

thank you all guys. i really feel better. all you hear about is the women who do give felatio and thier experiences. I dont think that i can do that kind of sexual act and i shouldnt have to feel forced to. I think every woman have a limit to what they will not do in bed. It's good to see that other women share the same values as I. Thank you so much!

i agree one hundred % on that we shouldn't have to feel like we have to do some thing like that to make our man proud. Stand up for youself and say that you beleive it's wrong and if thats all he wants out of that relationship then leave him. You deserve better than a man who cares more about sex than a relationship.

Mr. Chivalry says, "A true gentleman will respect whatever decision his lady makes.
However, to judge the act is a double standard. What's so degrading about the act? Is it simply because it's the genital region? Would you consider it degrading if your fiance wanted to please you orally? Since when did the genital region stop being another body part like the arm or the lip? Did you let society pave the way for your opinion? What is the standard you set? What makes you think your standards will be lowered by pleasing the one to whom you're pledging your undying love? Is it because you see it done by porn stars? Is it because you hear it in rap songs? If that's the case, how many times have you seen emotion-less kisses performed almost everywhere you go, and by the porn and rap stars as well? Is that not degrading as well? Can you not categorize that the same way? People perform these acts around the world, and you can't set these acts apart and differentiate them if they're performed by the same group of people in the same manner. It's hypocritical"
Mr. Chivalry has spoken.

Nobody HAS to give any sexual favors to anyone, and if you don't want to do it, you definitely don't have to.
But I think you're missing out on something if you don't BOTH provide each other with oral pleasures. The kids (other responders forgive me if you're one of them!) who have made oral sex a "casual" thing, available for Friends With Benefits, have missed out on perhaps the most intimate form of sexual expression. In either variety, it is the most intimate thing you can do to your lover, and can bring the most intense releases. There is nothing more intimate and more powerful than taking control of another person's sex and manipulating and controlling their orgasm. I pity those who haven't had relationships in which both partners view it this way.
So no, you don't have to do it, but it's not degrading and you're BOTH missing out on a lot of pleasure if you're not in the "giving" position.

You're not stuck up for not wanting to give them but you are close-minded and judgemental about something that you have never done that most men would enjoy. I'm sure most would tolerate it for awhile and then after a few years finally grow tired of you.

your not stuck up. maybe you just feel scared that it might go off in your mouth or on your face. if he's giving it to you then you should give it back. it doesn't make you a bad person.

If he knew before he got with you that you don't, then he should have listened. If he wanted it he would have knew you were not the right one, otherwise he figured he could change your mind.
