Well, you have some of the words in the wrong sex and some of the words just plain wrong. The literal translation would be something like:
Good day have you love I am lazy "jejejeje" (some kind of sexual or sarcastic remark I don't recognize) and you that it is the place of love.
I'd give it a meaning of something like "Hello, how do you love the way I'm being lazy while I'm being with you."
However As a literal translation this makes no sense, so I hope you can make it into something you would understand within the context in which it was spoken or written.

This is the litereal translation from babel fish...
good day you have love I I am of sluggish jejejeje and you who this making love.
It looks like it could be saying in slang

Go with "buddyweiser." he's the only one that got close to it.
Closer yet:
"Have a good day, love ... I'm just being lazy (or "doing the lazy thing") .. and you, what are you doing love?"
