oo, do exactly what you would do any other time u want to get out of a guy's class-
"Um, Mr ____, i have to go to the bathroom. its a gurl thing"
he should let u go right away!

Not really understanding, but maybe just ask to go to the bathroom...
Do you have to tell teachers what you're gonna do in there?

just say you have to go to the bathroom. if he says no or wait until the end of class, tell him its an emergency. guys aren't strangers to periods. they might not have them, but they know what they are. i'm sure he will understand.

just put up a straight face and excuse ur self from class, tell him u NEED to go to the ladies, he might understand and not stress the issue. it might help if u walk up to him and tell him up close, firmly that u NEED to use the ladies. its really nothing to be ashamed of, it only natural.

yeh, just ask to be excused. men understand that women have biological needs. he is probably married, so trust me he has seen and talked about a lot worse
