I'm going August 19th to Newport, Kentucky, right across the river from Cincinnati. I found a Justice of the Peace there that's really resonable (from $65 in his office), the license fee is cheap ($34.50) and the county clerk office in Campbell County is open on Saturday. There's lots to do in Cincy, but we found a really kool hotel in Florence, KY that has "themed rooms" that are spectacular! Each room comes with a king bed, spa, big screen tv, fridge and microwave!!! ( I like the Champagne Spa and The Artic Cave) Here are links to the Justice and the hotel...
