Samsung PC Studio 3?

I am having trouble with running PC Studio 3 therefore I am not able to connect my phone to my pc. Whenever I open studio a error message comes up with "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library" as the title and another one saying "ErrCode: e0000041". How do I resolve this problem and connect my phone to my pc sucessfully?

Do you have Visual Studio.net installed in your computer? I think if you get Windows XP Service Pack 2, then it fixes that problem. There is a windows update that updates your visual studio net on your computer.

Try installing the latest update for it at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;259403 and let me know if it fixed it.
