If your vision cannot be corrected to better than 20/200, you are considered legally blind.

There is no RX that is legally blind so to speak, if vision can be corrected to 20/40 or better with lenses and the person can see in a 70 degree field, then in most stats a person can drive a car. Legally blind would be if with lenses, vision can not be corrected sufficiently.
