There are to many children being killed and abused by sick people called paedophiles,and when there caught there treated like 'royalty' they either go to prison for a pathetic sentence time,and while there in prison they can learn a new caree,get fed,watch tv etc, and when they get out the live with a different identidy and get placed near schools etc, how do you think this matter will ever be resolved? it makes me so angry and sad that a defenceless child get hurts in many ways and that it will alway live with them!

Well before you go writing your congressman, get a dictionary and check your spelling. No one is going to take you seriously if you can't spell.
I don't know of anywhere where they let the offender get a new identity. They still have to register. And there are laws about how close they can live to a school depending on their crime. What should we do about it? How 'bout we make it a capital crime? I'm for that. You raped a 6 year old child... Step into this office. There was a story I read about where an adult raped a 6 year old (I think) girl and actually caused some of her insides to come out with him when he pulled out. Let this guy walk the streets? HELL NO!! Another guy (mentally retarded) knocked down a 10 year old boy and raped him on the street. A woman phoned the police from her car. She didn't get out and stop him. Just called the police. I say, get something big and heavy and knock him off the boy with it. THEN throw him in the incinerator.

But in your rant:

1. They do not teach careers in most prisons, very few have any education programs at all

2. They have to be feed, and yes a group of 30 to 60 inmates get to watch one TV in a large room normally, some allow people to have TV in thier cell but this is not every prison.

3. They do not get a new Identity, that is only witness protection people who testifies against someoneelse.

4. And they are banned from being by schools and can go back to jail if they do move close to schools ( but there is poor inforcement on this)

But thank the ACLU and others for protecting the rights of the accussed over that of the victim.

I think once someone has molested a child they should be either put to death or have life in prison. This is a sickness that can never be cured,and they will always be a danger to society.
By the way people so what if some words are miss spelled this isn't school and there won't be a test afterword so let it go and pay attention to the question asked.

I agree, the government needs to enforce harsher punishments to for sex offenders... I was was a victim at the age of 2 and it didn't stop until the age of 10 (when I told). Some people call sex offenders "sick," or somethings wrong in there head, but the truth is that they know what they are doing and they are going to keep on doing it as long as they are free. A sex offender CAN NOT be rehabilitated and put back on the street with the public! How many children must suffer from our governments lack common sense? How many times will they release a sex offender only to victimize and murder a child? How many times will we see it on the news and only make a comment on how sad that is, or that poor child? When will "we the people" question our government and demand that something be done about it? Sex offenders should be put to death and give their victims some peace of mind.

I think that it is absolutely disgusting that drug traffiking usually ends in far more jail time than pedofiles, rapists or murderers.


We should remove the strain on the prison and court systems by legalizing drugs (Which should of never been outlawed.)

Then we can use the resources to get these people in jail and keep them their for longer than 7 or 8 years.


Seriously, If I smoke crack and then jump around like an idiot for a while and then smoke some more crack, and then im going through my crack stash, and I have a lb of crack, I will litrally go to jail for 20 years.

All I was doing was smoking crack.

Where as an older man can go and rape a little boy or girl, and then get out in less than 10 years.

That makes so much sense.

I risk my life, go to jail for a third of my life. They risk a childs life, and in a rather perverted way, they go to jail for about half that time. and In a lot of cases it's about 7 years.

What a lot of people don't know is that for certain "high profile" cases (i.e: ones that go to the High Court), if you are 'unhappy' with the sentence given, i.e because you think it's too lenient, then you can actually write to The Attorney General (Lord Goldsmith), explaining why you think the sentence it too lenient and if he thinks you have a valid point, he may review the case in detail and could amend the sentence issued.

What is quite interesting is that a lot of people don't know about this and if you ask a Police Office then I'm sure you'll find out that they too don't know about this.

There are certain restrictions/rules regarding this, one being that you have to contact the Attorney General within 28 days and that the case has to have 'met certain criteria'.

yes it is sad , and thats why carers with primary responsibility for children should always ensure that there children are not put in a position where paedophiles can have undisturbed access to them,as for cushy sentencing , that is because we are a civilised nation , but i am told by lots of aquaintances that 'kiddy fiddlers' do not have an easy time in prison , every day they are fair game for the other inmates, although this will never iradicate the harm done to the abused!! the answer is that prevention is better than cure

I think every paedophile caught should be killed, eventually the breed will die out (hopefully) and if this was used as a deterrant i dont think so many people will offend and not so many children will be abused. even if 1 child was spared it would be well worth it! there needs 2 be a fitting punishment to fit the crime!

Why not hang them? I guarantee that the lure of kiddy-fiddling will pale to nothing once a few Ian Huntleys find themselves dangling from a rope.
Of course the "human rights" brigade will shite themselves at the thought of this. But most people (over 70% at the last count) would happily pull the noose round Huntley's neck if they were given the chance.

I heard that paedophilia is also possibly an hereditary disorder and it may even be in the genes of their children. has anyone else heard this theory? THIS IS ALL PEOPLE DO ABOUT THIS SICK AND DISGUSTING CRIME... TALK... THAT'S IT AND NOTHING MORE. I know a guy that inflicted A.B.H. on his own baby in its cot and for years people went round saying ooooh lets get him, how did they "get" him? more talk, he did time, 6 months and thats all. am I the only person on this planet prepared to whip thing into shape? infact I may just print this page and post it to whoever it takes to make a change.
