I'd say take up a martial art or learn how to meditate. Something to focus that anger and energy in a non-destructive way.
I used to have a terrible temper and the only way I can relax is by working out with a sparring partner or by finding a place to sit and try to focus my thoughts. I don't believe in perscriptions so that was never an option for myself.

Im sorry for your frustration and anxiety with this anger you feel. I know for a fact there are these pills to help relax your temper and anxiety you can get it from your primary medical doctor. And it helps. Now with the thoughts you've been having...i highly recommend you talk to a specialist. Not to say you need special help but to tell you that you should seek higher knowledge because its your mind and your mind can take over and make you snap in a second and then it's too late. I lost my older brother due to something very similar to what you feel. I want to let you know that you have to get control over this before it takes control of you. I hope and wish you the best...be strong and do research find out ways on line to help keep your mind from racing all the time.

It's such a hard thing to diagnose from your description....all of the symptoms could be from smoking crack and then having a withdrawal. So if you smoked crack recently I'd say stop for alittle bit then see how you feel, if not maybe look into the symptons of bi-polar diorder? Are at a constant state of depression, or does it come and go? Like, you'll have 3 days of "I hate the world and don't want to get out of bed", and then suddenly your emotions twist and you're walking around like your in love? Are you from one extreme to other, like there's a switch on you? You might not notice when you're in a manic state because you might see it as your getting better or that you have control over it, when in actuality it's just another sympton of the problem.

Dear one...it sounds to me like the people you trusted as a child, a female influence, maybe a mom or aunt?, mostly,...allowed you to be victimized, or they victimized you some how and you can't express that because you are the child and they were the parent, and so you had to hold it in...you sound like you are going to burst with anger..and instead of expressing the hurt you have felt to the person who really deserves it, you are mad at the world and you are going to hurt some innocent person and really don't even want to...This can end up in a very phsycotic relationship with others...The racing thoughts, the anxiety, this can also be from ocd.....and the worrying also....my poor person...Somehow I feel that you have been let down by the ones that have meant the most to you...look, you need to get into some counceling and really let it all out as to what has happened to you in your life..that has led to your feeling so angry, and hurt before you hurt someone and hurt yourself in doing so. I would also let you know, that with God, all things are possible, and you might pray for him to help you heal..you might want to ask him for the strength to forgive those that have hurt you undeservedly...this is really what He wants us to do...and when you truly forgive, He will take that pain from you. I have forgiven people for some of the most heinous things you could even ever imagine,...and He will bless you for that...But you must remember to believe with all your heart, and believe in JEsus also,...He can take the pain away and carry the burden for you..Please, ...get some medication if you think that will help..and you are crying out for help Please ask God to help you, and my very best wishes to you. You really need to talk to someone you can trust..

You may have a blood sugar imbalance. Some of your symptoms sound like that might be the cause.
What should you eat to balance your blood sugar? Mainly protein, low fat protein like salmon, tuna or poultry is better, but even beef is good. Find a glycemic index (online is good) and stay away from the "high" glycemic foods. Make sure you have a balanced diet of the low glycemic foods, protein and "good" fat, like olive oil.
You may want to have a snack now, because that will help now.

Let's start at the top...What have you been eating? Drinking? How much sleep do you get at night? Check you vitamin intake. High salt consumption can raise blood pressure and caffeine will intensify the blood flow, raising the pressure even higher and making the heart race. Alcohol will raise blood sugar level and sodium levels and tire you out prematurely. It will also dehydrate you, funny as it sounds. I would make notations of your patterns and discuss them with your physician. Blood and urine work will tell where you are deficient.

I don't know what a cpn is, but my advice would be to see a mental health professional. I think you have some problems that could be handled by medication and counseling. Good Luck Sweetie...

Just need to discuss this with your care giver. You aren't qualified to diagnose or treat yourself. If you were, you wouldn't need help. Often, the types of treatment that people in your position want are treatments that feed their problems rather than finding a solution.

If you could treat yourself you wouldn't need a CPN or a Doctor, just tell them the truth and let them diagnose it
