Frequently tired, night sweats, mass that you can feel on your body. Also, there can be no S & S or there could be other S & S related to the affected area for example persistent cough that does not go away after three months for lung cancer. If you suspect that you or someone you love has cancer, the best thing is to get in to see your doctor ASAP because you will have a better chance of survival if the disease process is discovered early.

There are many symptoms and sometimes none at all. It also depends on the type of cancer you are referring to.
This question cannot be answered thouroughly but I can tell you that fatigue, bleeding, hoarsness, any pain, low blood counts, xrays or scans showing signs, lumps, things out of the ordinary health that should be checked. All depends on what type and where it is in or on the body. Hope this helps you. Amercian Cancer Society has a website that could be more useful to you.
