In the sense of the health "standards'" that is a little over the midpoint. In the sense of is it "OK," well SURE! My step pop was 6' 5" and at one point was over 300 pounds. Loved every once of him! : )

I'm much older than you, but I'm shorter...5'2" and weigh 128. So the difference in weight is not much. I feel very fine at this weight & so should you!
