Depends on the uniform. What would I like them to do to me?
Postal worker, deliver the mail.
Doctor: mend whatever clumsy injury I've managed to acquire. Again.
Police: Ignore me.
Fireman: nothing
EMS: nothing again.
Dentist: GIVE ME FREE DENTAL CARE! :-)
What I would to to them:
Postal worker: buy stamps, mail packages.
Doctor: thank them.
Police: Pray for their safety.
Fireman: Pray for their safety.
EMS: Godspeed and safety
Dentist: be able to pay for dental care.

Depends on what the uniform is. Is it a nurses uniform? A school uniform? A pilots uniform? A military uniform? A police uniform? What kind?
It would also depend on whether it was a man or a woman in that uniform. I'm sorry but the question is just too darn vague.
