get more muscle in my FOREARMS, UPPERARMS, and THIGHS? I'm really skinny, and i wanted to gain a little more weight....

Are there any exercises where i don't have to go to the gym, that can help my legs and arms?

for your forarms and upper arms lift weights (no more than five pounds if you are female) and do squats for your thighs. Eat good and exercise...You may not gain weight but are very likely to gain muscle and curve.

Eat balanced meals with as many fresh ingrediants as you can get. Fruits and vegetables especially.

If you want to gain muscles in your legs bike riding, jogging or walking are good ways. If you don't want to go to the gym, but you still want to gain muscles in your arms and upper body do push-ups and get a pair of dumbbells that you can use at home.

Free standing squats for thighs and press ups for upper arms and forearms.

get more protien in your diet to help you build up the muscle mass you want in your forearms and legs

You can try Body Pump class from Body Mills. That's really tone me.

maybe..you should eat more...and go to the nearest gym, and ask what exercise needed for your height,weight and age... =))
