You could touch him on the arm, or on his chest, really lightly/seductively. Maybe you should somehow throw into the conversation that you love him more than [blank] or some thing like that.
While he's talking and you want him to stop you could put your fingers to his lips and shuush him ^^
Or you could be really sexy/blunt and while he's in midsentence just plant one on him.

Say "I love you." Tell him things that you admire him for or like about him. Be kind and considerate. Talk to him with respect. Brag about his good qualities to your friends and family and his friends and family. Think of a hundred million ways to tell him that he is the only guy for you.
