I can't comment about that product specifically, but I can talk about slim fast. I personally lost 40 lbs. with it. (The old kind, shake/breakfast, shake/lunch, tiny dinner). I noticed that my stomach (the actual organ, not my waist) got smaller as my body adjusted to eating small meals.
Unfortunately, I got laid off and gained about half of it back. I learned something else too. Depression binge-eating isn't nearly as fulfilling when you are stuffed after one-and-a-half double-cheeseburgers.

just eat sensibly and forget the diet meal replacement it doesn't work and you will end up drinking these with your meal anyway so put on more weight just have smaller portions and healthy foods moderation is the key....
