So I ask a girl if she wants to get together and she answers "we'll see". What does it mean? Does it mean she doesn't want to but is being polite? What does maybe means? She said she is busy right now. Should I try again some other day?

I'll admit this is an answer I have used but It really can mean a lot of things. She might be too busy, or someone else asked her first and she didn't want to tell you, or if this is an Internet thing she may not feel comfortable enough to get together yet. it really depends.

It could mean either: 1. I'll let you know after exams. 2. A polite NO She said Yeh twice. Its a bit undecided for you at this point of time I guess. I'd wait until after exams, I suspect it might be worth one more ask then. What have you got to lose?

I used to say that to be polite when I really wanted to say no but as I got older, I found that being direct and honest is better and less trouble. It could mean that she has reservations and that you should try later. Do that. If she says the same thing again, she's trying to brush you off nicely. Charge it to the game and move on to someone who wants to go out with you. Don't let her keep you hanging on a string indefinitely.

When a girl answered " we'll see ", she is giving you a puzzle to solve. If you want her to say "Yes" then do something to convey her to say "yes". If you don't do anything then you know her answer is "No".

well when she says "we'll see" that means she dont really know yet...or could be that shes unsure about you...and when a girl says maybe its just an expression of saying i'll think about it....so dont get your hopes up...just keep on trying you'll find one that would say "YES"...you never know it could be me!!!! lol...take care hope you'll find the one!!!
