People always think it's weird when i tell them i've never had it, and i've been told that when i do get it that it will be pretty bad. i still don't see how it's weird, kinda like how i can stick out my shoulder blades, chew aluminum foil, stand to run my nails down my chalkboard, etc.

I also have a very strong immune system, the worst i've ever been sick was a high fever, and maybe a long trip to the can from some spicy food.

The chances of dying from it are slim to none, so it's fine if you havn't had it. On the other hand, the older you are, the worse it is is usually true. The main thing though, is that if you get chickenpox, the virus hides in you nerves until later in life (old people) or under extreme stress with some sort of immune compromise (usually older people) when it comes out as shingles. Shingles can be very painful, even after the skin manifestations go away and lead to lower quality of life. You can get the vaccine for Chickenpox so that you don't need to worry about it.

It's unlikely. There has been a vaccine available for years and you have probably already been vaccinated. Check your records. If you never received it, you can correct that with the varicella zoster vaccine given in two stages 4-8 weeks apart.

No, that won't happen. It is generally a good sign you haven't had it, it proves your immune system is strong.
Generally, if you get chicken pox in adulthood, it is more severe, but very rarely fatal. It is linked to shingles, which is a very painful, but not life threatening, skin condition.
Don't worry about it, you are unlikely to contract it, just keep yourself healthy!
Best wishes.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/uexTo
Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).
1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.
2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.

You don't have to go through the drama of catching Chicken Pox if you don't want to. . . just get the Varicella vaccine. Chances are, you've already had it.
