They both affect your body in different ways and both can be harmful, especially if overused. Cigarettes are very infamous for causing lung cancer and other major health problems. Not as much research has been done on weed and most people tend to think it is compeltely safe since it is natural, however, it may not be as safe as you think. I assume you meant cigarettes.
I believe they are worse, since smoking weed is prescribed by doctors for medical conditions. I have not heard of cigarettes ever being prescribed by a doctor.

depends... I say weed though, it's not legal. Smoking has a filter too which protects the smoker from the worst of the damage.

Smoking weed.
Not only is it bad for your health, it also illegal, unlike cigarettes, which SHOULD be against the law too !!!
I know there are some states that allow medicinal marijuana.
But I don;t know what the criteria is for that. I believe it's for terminal patients only ???
But at least you wouldn't go to jail for smoking cigarettes, just maybe a few trips to the hospital !!!
