John - I can call you John, right?
This is the first time you've come here that I've seen you - welcome to waking up what is going on in your life. There is much to learn and find out if you haven't already.
In reponse to your question - Bush never signed an order to send troops to the border. John, he is the leader of the free world. If the leader of the free world signs an order to have 500,000 troops on a border by tommorrow - they are there John. Bush wants the borders dropped and we become a facist state and drop the constitution John. The only reason he's doing what you describe is because like you and me are finding out the truth AND GOING OFF THE ******* WALL!!! He never had any intention of protecting our borders, nor did he stand by any of the 28,000 Americans that have been killed by illegals last year. This may include the Mexican army firing on us and other millitants.
If you don't know what's really going on - do what I did. Tell everyone they are full of ****. Then look into it yourself and discover the truth.
Welcome.

First, I am no fan of bush's. However...
He may be making it more difficult for ILLEGAL aliens to cross the border, but the immigration process has not changed.
Immigrants do not need green cards in order to be seen at the embassy of their country.
Our nation is already one of fear. That's what bush and his fellow criminals perpetuate. More closed borders are a predictable result of that.

Bush wants to make it easier except for screening. Read the news. Screening is a good thing, and I am all for it.
However, poor immigrants even if they pay all taxes pay very little of their cost in education and other services. That is why we limit the number of poor immigrants who can come. Illegal immigrants are budget busters who are driving down the quality of education in our schools and are draining health care resources and other services.
That is what I want to stop.
By the way, if you want to research this matter, you can ask yars for links. He has a couple.

The country is coming to a point where it is obvious we as Americans can no longer trust the government to our south to recognize America as a sovereign nation. The government of mexico actively aides and condones such criminal acts as criminals trespassing in America. Mexico is a hypocritical country with a do as i cry for not as i do attitude.
