How about a Dremel tool?

As a side note, I can't even draw stick figures, but I did just get a Dremel rotary tool.

No. And if you touch my property I'll kick your *** and break your fingers. If I want some kind of art on my walls I'll ask for it and even pay for it.
If you're so good, what don't you make a business of it. Approch the owner, make a proposal, get paid.

I'm thinking the impliments might come into play in imposing a sentence, but the artistic ability of the offender would not.
If he used a hammer and chisel on the side of a building versus watercolors, the judge might take that into consideration.

Like the second poster said, if someone vandalized my property, I would make sure that the person will NEVER WRITE AGAIN!

Vandals should turn their lives around and use their artistic skill to work as a freelance muralist or something like that.
