Stay away from pills and always read the fine print - exercising is always suggested ALONG WITH taking the product. Surprise, surprise!

The real secret is simply to consume less calories than you expend. How you accomplish this is up to you - eat less or exercise more.

For those of us who need that extra "dieting help", I used something called THINS to curb my cravings. It's not a pill, but a natural appetite suppressant derived from food (no stimulants, etc.) in wafer form. It helped me lose about 5 pounds a week. I especially liked the chocolate flavor. You can order them direct from www.PreventionProof.com They're not cheap, so you may want to split the cost with a friend. What impressed me was how credible the research was (Baylor College of Medicine, Georgetown University, American College of Cardiology, etc)...and that you weren't just hearing some lame testimonials or some doctor’s endorsement who was also "on the payroll". Good luck.

PS: Another secret is to go to bed hungry.

What you should do instead of taking a pill is eat well balanced meals and excercise. This not only helps weight loss, but it also keeps your body fit.

Make sure you eat fresh fruits and vegetables and keep away from frozen or fast foods. If you live in an area where there is one, visit a farmer's market, they tend to have a lot of excellent things to eat.

A good way to excercise is to ride a bike, run/jog or walk. If there's a gym near where you live go there too.

To prepare for figure competitions, I use Hot Rox and do lots of cardio. I believe that the best results for a man would be to lift heavy (get a trainer if you are not experienced), eat a high protein, low fat/carb diet to promote muscle mass gain, and do some light aerobic work a couple times a week.

Fat loss supplements are only a tool I use to help get the "cuts" right before a show. It is not healthy to take them for more than 30 days.

ive heard leptopril. its supposed to be the $150 dollar diet pill, but some vitamin company repicated the $150 dollar diet pill and came up with leptopril and you can now get it at G.N.C or even at a wal-mart for like $40.00 bucks, as far as it working, it says its for the "significantly overweigtht, not to be used by casual dieters" i however havent taken it long enough to know whether or not it really does help you lose weight, i do know that it gives you huge amounts of good energy, i mean you feel phsyked to do whatever becasue youre that full of energy.....so assuming you throw in a healthy diet and some regular exercise i think it would work....

In order for any of them to work they have to be used in conjunction with a sensible eating plan and a exercise routine. I've had some success with Hot Rox but I'm doing pretty well with Chromium Picolinate and Green Tea extract right now. You can get both in Mega T but I'm taking them separately right now. I'm also taking 2.8 grams of GABA per day and it says that it can assist in fat loss.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

I went to a diet clinic in 1997 and lost 70lbs. in a matter of 3 to 4 months. I was taking phentermine daily ....It gave me energy to burn.... At the same time, I was being monitored by my Cardiologist...and exercising by walking every day...I had to stop when my blood pressure went up...After that I took "Metabolite" or "Metabolife" with ephedra and it helped to keep me slim until they took it off the market....Again I was being monitored....I liked it, because it worked and I had had a back injury which enabled me to do strenuous exercise....You just have to be very careful...
