Go to the BIN (Bank Identification Number) converter.

redbird, what in the hell are you talking about? It is perfectly legal to run a BIN on credit cards. All it tells you is the issuing bank. Marketing companies do it all the time to target groups of consumers in order to do promotions and the like. Learn how to read and comprehend before you jump off the freaking deep end and accuse people of fraud and theft.

call the company in which the charge was made fraudulently on your card. If it was made on your account call the federal trade commission. Call up the 4 credit bureaus and file a report. go to www. secretservice.gov also if it is done from over seas. you can also contact the FBI about internet fraud and credit card scams. How ever you must ID yourself. They have codes in which to ID you with that know one knows but the owner of that card.

If you are trying to use those last numbers it is in violation of privacy and fraud laws. You can go to jail by trying to extract the credit card, soc numbers ect. for a long time. It is considered ID theft and grand larceny. So try it at your own risk . Internet Security is on the rise and you never know what government agency is surfing your drive.
