People are more gullible than you realise.

Try it, take someone at random in your peer group and find out an opinion. Then make up a complete lie but a complete lie that matches their opinion. So if they say that UFOs exist then make up the wildest and craziest UFO story you can...

You will find that with no evidence most people will believe a story that matches their opinion.

You'd be surprised at how gullible people really are.

They believe they're saving money by spending more than they make, right?

Also, my parents used to work with a lady (I forget her real name) known to her coworkers as "Dumb Dora"; someone actually convinced her that there was such a thing as powdered water!
