Maybe you're being too friend-ish when you first meet a girl. Do you hang out with a group of friends or a lot of your other girl friends when you first hang out with the girl you want to date?? That might give her the impression that you aren't looking for a relationship. You should start the relationship off with a real one-on-one date (dinner, movie, etc.) This might get the girl to realize that you are looking for a relationship and not just another friend.

I have lots of female friends too, and my gf was one of them before. The more time we spent together the more we saw that we should move up and now here we are still together almost 2 years later. My advice? find someone who you can really connect with and spend as much time getting to know them and going out with them as you can without being weird. If they see the same thing in you as you see in them it'll just happen, there's no way to smoothtalk a girl into a serious relationship, there's just chemistry.

Being nice isn't really an icebreaker for women. You need to be able to grab their attention. Joking around with them is number one on the list of icebreakers. You can poke fun at them, at yourself or at things around you; just make sure the jokes aren't anything to serious. Once you've broken the ice though, being nice is the way to keep her. Seriously, women like guys that can make them laugh. :)

be yourself and in anyway if you are showing signs of just wantin apiece of --- then that usually is a turn off . Also it helps sometimes to not try to cover up the real you.

It's doubtful that it's what you are saying. You might just want to hold fast to those friendships and they might develope into something more.

be yourself and if you like a girl, tell her. you must be a nice guy if you have all those girls who are friends.

You just have to be yourself and stop trying so hard to impress people.
