1/2 power for a few minutes, you don't want to cook them, just defrost them.

Microwave Buns

I found that 20 secs will do it. I keep kaiser rolls in the freezer. After 20 secs in the microwave, I cut them open and if the center still has ice in it, I'll give it another 10 secs.
I do the same thing with rye bread I like. I get it sliced, and separate all the slices before putting them into the freezer.
I use a sharp knife to separate them out of the freezer, and then I nuke 2 slices at a time for 20 secs. If still with ice in the center, I turn them over and give 'em another 10 secs. That way I have fresh bread always.

Defrost at like 30% power for about 3 minutes. Keep checking them, turning them and add another minute if they aren't done.
Try not to defrost them ALL the way, if you have the time-- they will turn out better.

I would suggest you put the bun's in the microwave for about twenty second's. Feel the bun if it is still cold only do it for about then more second's. If you cook the bun for too long it will get hard and YUCKY!

Take them out of the package, separate them on a paper towel and start out at 10 seconds on high. Do ten seconds a couple of times and they will defrost just fine.

Lol. For one bun, 20 to 30 seconds of high radiation will set you up fine. Any longer and you will have a rock.

Perhaps slipping a soy burger in when you're done with the bun will be even tastier. Happy burger treats to you!

Just do it 30-60 secs at at time. I wrap them in paper towels when I do it. This absorbs the moisture and prevents the buns from getting soggy.

Dont put them in the microwave. They will get too hard.
Set them outside for about 5 minutes and they will completely thaw out.
