Cut some potatoes into wedges. Lay them and the drumsticks in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with light oil (like olive or canola). Sprinkle with parsley and garlic. Bake at 375 until potatoes start to turn brown and crispy. About 45 minutes to an hour.

Sautee one med onion in butter/olive oil.

Add 2 tbsp. paprika

Add 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (pref fresh)

Simmer till onions are clear and mushrooms soft.

Set aside.

Place skinless chicken in the same fry pan and add a bit of oil. Cook till done (use lid)

Add the onion/mushroom mixture and 1 cup fat free sour cream.

Stir while adding 1/4 cup catsup and 3 tbsp worchestershire sauce.

Let simmer for 1/2 hour and serve over egg noodles. The meat should come right off the bone and the sauce is like stroganoff but with more flavor.

I made this up one night and now it's a regular in my home.

Boil drumsticks until they are cooked all the way through. Brown them on a hot (preferably charcoal, but propane gas works fine) grill and pour a little beer over them while they are browning. Be careful, as this may cause a gas (or even charcoal) grill to flame up a little. Add a little barbecue sauce a few minutes before you take them off. May God bless and keep you.

Marinade in Good Season Itallion dressing and bake (covered in aluminum foil to keep juices in) for 45 mins at 375 per 6 drumsticks. Take the foil off and baste them, then put them back in oven and broil til the tops are browned slightly not burnt.

Heat oven to 450° In a food storage bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, and poultry seasoning. Line 2 13x9-inch pans with heavy duty foil.. Place 1/4 cup butter in each pan. Place pans in oven to melt butter.
Coat chicken with seasoned flour mixture, shaking about 3 legs at a time in the bag. Place chicken in prepared pans in the melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until tender and nicely browned.

yumm..

Marinate your drumsticks in your favorite sauce. I use a few different Chinese style marinades and sometimes a smokey BBQ marinade. place them in a large (quart sized) zip-lock bag add sauce and marinate overnight for the next day.

You can broil or BBQ (grill) the chicken and it's delicious!
