Amnesia? Or dementia? Could you give some details? Yes, brain cancer can cause the patient to be confused, it can cause strokes, it can cause dementia like symptoms.

Depending on what region and hemisphere the tumor is located, definitely! Brain tumors can cause many neurological symptoms, including receptive/expressive aphasia, amnesia, dysphagia, memory loss/amnesia, loss or decrease in motor function, vision disturbances, etc.
