Try the Salvation Army. If not go to the social services office and pick up a resource & refferal list. They can refer you to plenty of places that can help with food, clothes, bills etc.

go to the goodwill and tell them that you dont have any money. we have a store called St Vincents that give free stuff (its a second hand store like Goodwill)

Try thrift shops or contact parents of kids that have older kids that went to that school

UMM I DO NOT KNOW OF ANY FOR FREE, TRY A LOCAL CHURCH, RESCUE MISSION OR SALVATION ARMY STORE.
I WOULD ALSO LOOK IN THE CLASSIFIEDS, MAYBE SOMEBODY WILL SELL CHEAP/GIVE SOME OF THEIR UNUSED CLOTHING.
