Tight or loose tootie. Actually one size fits all and we have never found one too big. Plus the little tight ones stretch.
Tight and lubricated is usually better than loose and sloppy.
Reminds me of the old story about Sam and Shelia doing the nasty down on the beach. Sam said to Shelia--is it in yet?

Learn to do exercise Ur PC muscles...
U can do them ANYWHERE.....
DO them @ least 450 times a day...It's not hard....
But U WILL see a big difference and so will he.
