the problem here of course is that as soon as you have scientific evidence of your supernatural event it is by definition no longer supernatural and part of the normal laws of nature.
so perhaps what one should look for are events which were once regarded as supernatural in the past but now we think of completely normal.
it is tricky to come up with a particularly convincing example but how about rocks falling from the sky? once upon a time this phenomenon was regarded as totally ridiculous to right thinking people, but of course nowadays noone turns a hair at the idea of a meteorite landing in ones back yard.
so not the best example perhaps, and hopefully someone else will come up with something better, but, yes, is the answer to your question, something that yesterday was regarded as appearing to transcend the laws of nature, today we now have scientific proof of.

You can only explain natural events scientifically.
Supernatural things are beyond scientific explanation.
I have seen supernatural things on tape.
Sasquatch walking in the forest.
Flying saucers.
I saw a magician get hit by a car and pushed through a concrete wall. He got up and started laughing and jumping around.
Unfortunately anything can be faked and getting it on tape isn't scientific proof.
as for your details under the question I don't understand what you're trying to convey. But it doesn't sound worth consideration.
As for the guy who said 500 people witnessed Jesus rising from the dead. I don't know where this fiqure came from. Maybe it's true. Thousands of people have seen flying saucers. They still don't have the credibility to make it a proven fact. Scientifically or otherwise.
AND
Yes the 1980 Olympic Hockey team was a supernatural event.

I dont know if this can be counted as supernatural, but an elderly friend of mine, who worked with Nasa for fifty years and was a co-designer of the propultion system and also played a big part in designing the launching platform, told me, that scientists have proven that time travel is possible, yet only to the future. Though just because its possible, doesn't mean that we'll be hopping to the next millinium any time soon. They have yet to prove time travel to the past possible.

The "scientific method" tests hypothesis using controlled experimentation to conclude fact.
It is the juridic method that conducts inquiry into testimony to determine truth.
Supernatural events such as the big bang, evolution, a little water over a long period of time carving the Grand Canyon, etc., are seldom "proven" by the scientific method. Theories they remain as there is no testimony available to verify the veracity of the event.

The creation of the universe in the miraculous and very supernatural event commonly called the "Big Bang".
There is no way to explain it. It is truely a miricle of the highest order. Or can you prove that the creation of the universe is just science?

Not a single one!! Show me imperical evidence and I'll consider the supernatural exists... The stupid show, Ghost Hunters, on the SciFi channel has yet to capture any definitive evidence also. What a waste of air time.

Your terms will not allow it. You ask for something, "beyond the visible observable universe" but then ask for verification by means of "observation". I get your point but maybe you should rethink your wording, in order to make the question slightly less self contradictory

If you could prove a "supernatural" event by using our physical, scientific laws then it wouldn't be "supernatural" or super-natural or outside of nature and her laws would it?
Too bad I couldn't have taped the creation of the Earth for you - that would have been a cool one (but alas I wasn't there)! :)
