Like the others have said, the Windows Vista download from Microsoft is closed.
WARNING!!!!! The only reason I am repeating this is because any copy you may find now will most likely be infested with all forms of Malware to try and discredit Microsoft. Just like 90% of the other pirated and free downloads you can get that aren't directly from Microsoft.
