I need ideas for tag lines, events promotions and print ads for an art gallery that carries mainly realistic art/sculpture/paintings in the southeast. We'd like to get rid of our stale image and slogan of "bringing fine art to the southesast" with something hipper and more appealing. The gallery is in a resort area is elegant but also casual....any idea for promotional events that other galleries have used successfully would be appreciated!!

The new cultural drive of marketers these days tends to be flashy, hi-tech looking.

For example, do you think a manual 3 blade disposable razor really needs little batteries and happy blinky lights? The younger crowd seems to go for that sort of thing.
