There are two ways to say those phrases in Korean.
One is a formal way, you would say it to people older than you or people you don't know well.
I miss you: bo-go shih-puh-yo (보고싶어요)
Be safe: jo-shim ha-seh-yo (조심하세요)
The informal way, to people your age or younger:
I miss you: bo-go shih-puh (보고싶어), present tense
or bo-go ship-dah (보고싶다), different present tense
Be safe: jo-shim heh (조심해)

but if u want to combine the two u can say
ë³´ê³ ììê±°ì¼, ììì´/ì¡°ì¬í´!
bo-go-sheep-ul-guh-ya, jal ees suh/(or) jo shim hae!
this means, im going to miss you, be good (which is like hope ur ok)/(or) be safe
if u say it like this then it makes sense when u say the two phrases together, otherwise, just use wat yupi girl said
