The Ouja board is a direct connection to the spirit world. Once your skull makes a connection with that board your body will be rendered a loading dock for all the demons in the universe. Instead of getting rid of your demons you would become a walking zombie container of the living dead. Your eyes will glow red, the demons will constantly rip at your flesh and your left foot will swell to the size of a water mellon, making it impossible to wear shoes.

If you hit yourself in the head with a ouija board there is a good chance that a whole world's worth of spirits will come flying out of the letters (particularly out of the Q) and take up residence in your brain; and then you'll be walking aimlessly around from left to right and right to left and diagonally and back and then left and lefter and up and over........Oh my goodness. Do Not Hit Your Head With A Ouija Board!!!!
Send an e.mail to your demons and tell them politely that they have been irking you too long, and you are notifying them that they have 24 hours to move out and take up residence in the ouija board. After the 24 hours (26 to be good and sure) is passed put the ouija board in a trash bag, tie the bag closed, put it out in your backyard until trash day and then put it out for pick-up. Voila - good-bye Demons.

If one of your demons is thinking too much, this may work as aversion therapy. I mean, just TRY and have a thought while whacking yourself over the head!

Get some sweat pants on, then jog around for an hour. Then get on the treadmill, and follow up with bench presses, and a protein shake. (exorcism, get it). Don't worry, there are no demons.

No that will not help at all. What you need to do is call on Jesus. even Satan and the demons fear Him. He will remove them. You can also go to a church...a Christian church, and see if they can help you in any way. Jesus is the ONLY true way.
