what are the different between computer assissted learning and computer assisted instruction

A bad thing about learning on a computer is you often don't develop good spelling skills. I myself am usually dependent on spellcheckers to make sure that I have spelled everything correctly. However, this doesn't help with the differences between to, too, and two, or there, their, and they're. Those words are all spelled correctly, but if you use the wrong word, the spellchecker won't catch it, because the word is spelled correctly.
