I live in Ohio and I thought I could answer this question easily. Well, I was wrong!

I tried Switchboard.com; Anywho.com; Yahoo.com; Google and Ask.com. No luck. I found references to a Deborah Lynch and her work with Canine Studies Institute from my Google search.
It may no longer be in business.

However, I have a suggestion- Aurora, Ohio is in Geauga County. You may want to contact the Geauga County Public Library
