i have bin doing taekwon do for 5 years i really like it but i struggle with my flexility just wonder if any one had any ideas

Tae Kwondo is usually very good for keeping one supple. If you need to go further look to stretching exercises. It's also a good idea to set a target Body Mass Index of 21 and certainly no more that 24

Have you tried yoga and some stretch
exercises. Gymnastics might even
assist you, since it targets other muscles
you don't use and assist your flexibilty.
