I seem to get more stressed out if I stay indoors a lot. Other things add on to this like conflicts with my dad and sister. I am trying to just not care anymore.

So how much does simple outdoor activity contribute to stress and worrying?

outdoor activity helps huge amounts to destress. it's good for you and gets your blood moving, for starters. it removes you from the causes of stress long enough to clear your head. it gives you alone time to think and be without demands. it gives you something you're in control of. and exceicize releases endorphins, too.

A walk is a great stress reliever, because your endorphins are released. Also being in the sun is great for your mental health as well so outdoor activities are recommended if you are under a lot of family stress.

Oh my, walking at a nice brisk pace does wonders for everything that causes you stress! It sends endorphines flooding into the brain which elevates mood, and the stress just melts away.

It helps a lot. It not only gives you time to cool off...but it also gives you time to think about things without anyother stress being added on.

yes, taking a walk helps you get relaxed. it's because the air out is full of oxygen and the exercise makes you feel better. nevertheless, you find other things to look at and you forget your problems at home.

Many psychologists I've talked to told me that going for walks is theraputic and it helps relive stress.

outdoor activity does not contribute to stress, it alleviates it.
The more outdoor activity the less stress.
