Well, obviously warning her has not worked so you need to try something else. Maybe you can encourage her to try the "least" unhealthy things on the menu? Like a grilled chicken sandwich, hold the mayo? Or maybe bring up the idea of eating healthier in general and in saving money and incorporate that into a plan of generally eating out less. For example, think about when she most often eats fast food, then you could grocery shop together for fast, healthier foods at the grocery store. If she usually eats fast food for lunch you could start packing sack lunches together. Or if the fast food is an easy meal at the end of a busy work day, you could offer to make dinner a few nights a week and then plan meals together that are easy and fast.

If the movie "Super Size Me" doesn't work check out the book "Fast Food Nation" It talks about everything from the meat-packing industry that sells to the fastfood consumers to the artificial scents and colors they put in the food.
Also you could research a story I read about a woman eating a piece of chicken that had a puss filled tumor in it at McDonalds.... *shiver*
Good luck! And may your wife see the light!

These suggestions may not be the "healthiest" but they are a big step in the right direction!:
Sit down and watch "Super Size Me" together (it's a shocker)
When she suggests fast food - stop and p/u a "healtheir" option such as Subway or Deli
Order the salads (even if she doesn't - she may follow your example after awhile)
Get her to agree to cooking on a schedule (for example every certain days, ask her to make your favorite homecooked meals - once she "likes" to cook, she may opt to cook more often)
Pizza days: opt for thin crust & homemade salad to go with

Tell her that fast food is ok...in moderation. Perhaps you two should sit down and talk about the effects it causes, and maybe pick one day every couple weeks or month where you can eat fast food. I would suggest once a month.

Try to get her to eat "healthier" fast food-- salads, low fat sandwiches, ect.
Remind her that regular fast food is supposed to be a treat (like once a week) rather than a way of life.
After that, she has to make her own decision.

Take her to a hospital and show her first hand people that are dying or really sick from massive fast food consumption. If she still continues, it's her early death. I guess you could try and live with that fact.

Rent..Fast food nation, or buy her the book....that'll change her mind. Super size me is a gut wrencher too. hasn't she ever heard of all the lawsuits people are hitting the fast food industry with. They blame them for their obesity.

take her to the doctors, or at least get the doctors opinion on the situation. try to cook more at home, either you learn or give her a reason to cook.
kids in the equation play on the children health
see if you can get her salads. but in the long run she will do what she wants,so make sure yourself is taken care of b/c she obvious dose not care about herself.
