So from all the other answers you got you know what it stand for. As for the meaning, it basically means that your a hottie that young men find attractive and would like to be with. But for me it's halfway to an insult. I have been called a milf and I would rather just be thought of as a hottie. I am still the same woman I was before I had kids. Only the name has changed.
