I like to make truffles but can't find a chocolate that I like enough to use a second time. Is there any you would recommend?

There is a brand called Guitarrd or something like that. I look for chocolate that is made from Chocolate liquor for decadent chocolate deserts.

I personally like dark chocolate, the kind that is 73% cocoa. You can get it at any gormet store, like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, or places like that.

Or you could do milk chocolate outside but dark chocolate inside. That would be extra yummy!

sharfenberger makes excellent truffle worthy chocolate, also ghiradelli would be good.
