well - if you fasted on water alone you will lose some weight - however your body will go into starvation mode if you continue to not eat and you may not see a loss........and if you plan to work out that much with no food you will pass out and be very sick - possibly hospitalized. Sounds seriously dangerous. Try eating lots of veggies and fruit lean meats nuts and seeds and drink water.

Oh my gosh, NO! If you don't eat anything, you're going to starve yourself. And, you certainly won't be able to do cardio exercises for more than one hour a day. If you're going to exercise that much, you need to keep food and water in you. This will keep you energized, and it'll also give your metabolism a boost. Also, I can pretty much say that unless you do starve yourself seriously, you can't lose 20-25 lbs in a week if you weigh a bit over average (as opposed to being obese). Weight loss takes time. You could probably lose three pounds (give or take a lb) in a week if you do it right. And that's the healthiest way to loose weight. Don't forget, too, that if you starve yourself that much, your body is going to go for that yummy muscle you're working out first, NOT the fatty tissues you want to get rid of.

In one week, 25 lbs.? I don't think thats very good for you, but if you really do it, i think you could lose 10-15, not 20-25....good luck, just dont start throwing up or not eating b/c that is just ridiculous and you will have more problems than when you began.

No first-class breeder will enable a domestic dog to go away earlier than it's eight weeks ancient. In truth, I feel there is also a legislation in opposition to it within the US. This is the age that the majority breeders use. five weeks ancient is far too younger. They must be taught from their mom and their littermate. If they're taken too early, they're in all likelihood to expand temperament issues (exceptionally closer to different puppies). Also, a first-class breeder takes the time to socialise the puppies with puppies, persons, youngsters, bizarre items, one-of-a-kind noises, and extra. It's very unhappy that there are horrible dog generators in the market promoting such younger dogs. And at the side of them are the ignorant garden breeders that say the puppy will "bond with their man or woman larger" even as particularly it'll simply create extra disorders afterward. Some breeders decide upon to hold their puppies longer, till 10 and even 12 weeks of age. This appears to be extra normal within the Toy breeds or for terribly small litters. Obviously one are not able to condominium and feed a clutter of 15 Great Danes dogs for terribly lengthy. Dogs are contributors, and at a special factor they appear to arrive a factor wherein they're competent to transport on and pass to their eternally residence. I bought my Leonberger dog from a unusual breeder in Kentucky again in July. He used to be eight, honestly nearly nine weeks ancient. He got here from a small clutter, best three, and used to be the final one left on the condominium as his littermates had left the day earlier than. Without his littermates there for only a day or 2, he used to be entirely misplaced and watching for anybody to exhibit him the best way. He used to be competent to transport directly to his new residence.

Well, yes, I imagine it probably is, but 1) you're going to hurt yourself and/or make yourself very sick (your body cannot survive on all that exercise with NO fuel whatsoever) and 2) once you begin to eat normally again, you'll gain it all right back, most likely plus some considering that you'll be so starved you'll probably eat quite a lot for a few days.

Don't do it, honey. Nothing is worth your health over.

I'm sorry, I don't think this could happen to anyone and have a healthy diet. If you don't eat you won't get the energy you need to do excersize. Eat,but don't eat enought to make your tummy happy, eat enough to have energy. I tried to lose weight too, and I lose 3 pounds in a week. Take youe diet healthy ,and when you reach your goal you will feel healthy and happy and also look healthy.

No. You might say you're going to commit but your body will force you to eat. It'll even resort to eating things like paper and clay.
